Cyber Readiness Snapshot

Engagement at a glance

Delivery 2 weeks
Format 100% remote
Your time 1–2 working sessions
Coverage 5 domains

Most organizations do not know their actual security posture.

Understanding where you stand typically requires either a dedicated internal team or a lengthy consulting engagement. Most organizations have neither.

The Cyber Readiness Snapshot closes that gap quickly. Your team provides documentation and commits to one or two conversations. We do the rest.

A multi-month engagement you do not have time for

A full-time security hire you cannot justify yet

Guessing at your risk exposure without a baseline

A two-week assessment that gives you the clarity to act

✽  What You Receive

Specific findings.

Precise next steps.

Findings across five domains

We assess five areas of your security environment and document what we find in plain language.

No assumptions, no generic observations, only what applies to your organization specifically.

Prioritized gap analysis

Not every gap carries the same risk.

We rank what we find by priority so your leadership team knows where to focus first, without having to make that judgment call themselves.

A roadmap your team can use

You receive a set of concrete recommendations tied directly to what we found.

Each one is specific enough to act on, and sequenced in a way that reflects your organization's size and capacity.

✽  What We Assess

Five domains, fully covered.

The areas where organizations carry the most risk.

Identity

Who has access to what, and whether those boundaries are actually holding.

Cloud

Misconfigured cloud environments are one of the most common sources of preventable exposure. Most organizations do not know where the gaps are until something goes wrong.

Operations

When something goes wrong, the quality of your response matters as much as your defenses. This domain looks at whether your incident response and continuity plans are ready to be used under pressure.

Policies

Governance documents that exist on paper but do not reflect actual obligations create a false sense of security.

Email and Endpoint

Your staff and their devices are the most targeted entry point. This domain covers how well your organization is protected against phishing, malware, and ransomware.

Clarifying the Process

Two weeks from the moment we begin. Your team's involvement is typically limited to one or two interviews and a final debrief session. More sessions would be required only depending on your environment's specificities.

A written Cyber Readiness Snapshot Report covering five security domains, including findings, risk scenarios specific to your organization, and a prioritized roadmap of recommended actions.

The Snapshot is designed to be right-sized for each engagement. We work with organizations of different sizes and sectors, and the scope reflects your specific situation.

Not exactly. While audits are deep-dive compliance tests, the Snapshot is a strategic diagnostic. It is designed to give executive leadership an immediate, high-level view of risk without the time and expense of a full regulatory audit.

That is entirely up to you. Some organizations use the roadmap to guide internal improvements. Others engage WinTech Security for follow-on work on specific priorities the Snapshot identified. There is no obligation either way.

Find out where your organization stands.

Two weeks. Minimal time from your team. A clear picture of where you are and what needs to change.
