Before you decide

Clear answers to fair questions.

Your proposal confirms how the service applies to your business.

A security operations centre monitors covered systems around the clock and acts under agreed containment permissions. Designated contacts are notified under the agreed procedure. WinTech Security provides advisory follow-up during business hours.

Response permissions and notification arrangements are agreed in advance. Supported containment actions can then be taken within those permissions. Other changes follow the agreed approval process.

The service can help you document security measures and answer questionnaires. It does not guarantee compliance, certification or acceptance by an insurer. Any specific requirements must be reviewed against the agreed scope.

Coverage and price are tailored to your environment, devices, business needs and choice of remediation responsibilities. The security fit assessment starts that discussion; a person reviews your information before a proposal is prepared.

Yes. The service is intended for small and medium businesses, including small teams. Suitability, supported systems and responsibilities are confirmed before you commit.

No service can prevent every attack. Monitoring, supported protection and agreed response actions help manage risk. Coverage and operating arrangements are confirmed in your proposal.

An accurate inventory, designated contacts, access to supported systems and agreement on response permissions and responsibilities. Your proposal and onboarding plan confirm the specific prerequisites.

Your next step

Know what your business needs. Then decide.
